How does an engagement with EPOXYMOONCHILD, LLC usually begin?

It begins with a survey. The studio inventories the systems you already run, records what each one does, and identifies where information is being lost or re-entered by hand. That survey is delivered in writing and becomes the basis for a staged pour plan with clear cure windows. No work is proposed before the bench has been measured.

Do you work with organisations outside Cedar City, Utah?

Yes. The studio is based at 5 N Main St Ste 205 in Cedar City and works with clients remotely as well as locally. Surveys, design reviews and support sessions run over shared documents and scheduled calls, and on-site visits can be arranged when a physical environment needs to be inspected directly.

Who owns the software and documentation you produce?

You do. Custom software, its source code, its tests and its written documentation transfer entirely to the client at handover. There is no runtime dependency on the studio unless you choose to keep a managed support agreement. The quarterly systems review is a service you can take up or leave at any time.
